If you scroll through Mama Mee (Ye Xiao Canteen)'s Facebook, basically there's 2 young and passionate entrepreneurs coincidentally tasted the best noodle dish they ever had in Thailand and decided to bring the inspiration back to homeland. After trial and error, both of them finally came out with the finalized recipe and began to start selling the noodle dish. A humble start within the Klang community. The journey never stop there, they continue to refine their recipe and skills based on customers' feedback. To a point where they have finally hit big success capturing community's heart and relocated to Kepong Baru for business expansion.

The branch that I visited was in Kepong Baru. It wasn't that bad in terms of traffic on the weekend before 7.00 PM. The crowd starts to build after 7.30 PM, which many come in pair or group of 4. 

The thing that I liked about this store is that they embrace e-payment technology such as Maybank QR pay. Guessing that most of their customers are mainly Millennials. Superb convenient if someone forgotten to withdraw cash.

Jumping straight to the main point, this is the Mama Creamy Tom Yum Deluxe, the signature dish, selling at RM 14.80. A bowl that consists of Yee Mee noodle, pork ball meat balls, prawns, squids and runny bull eye that paired with creamy Tom Yum soup all together.

What's unique about it was nothing. Perhaps the effort on plating was the one that attracted the customers in. I personally felt very thirsty after eating, which I think it is a bad thing, right? So the choice is yours.
