Superfine.kl is inside the Seventeen Mall at Section 17 Petaling Jaya, easy reach for the surrounding neighbours to grab a quick cuppa joe or even a healthy brunch. Also consider one of the top eatery among the rest within the area itself - the waiting list at the entrance speaks for itself!

Broad dining space and the natural bright light from the floor-to-ceiling window makes the interior feels inviting and comfortable as a place to enjoy food and conversation over coffee. Easy to oversee how barista brew the coffee or to see what's available on the cake station.

Lamb Tacos al Pastor (RM 21.80) - Slow roasted New Zealand lamb shoulder, topped with harissa mayo, grilled pineapple, pickled onions, salsa roja and fresh coriander wrapped tortilla. Perfect choice especially for ladies that trying to stay away from carbs. Love the combo of every ingredient on this tortilla. Savoury, juicy, bright. Simply healthy and delicious!

Eggs Benny (RM 26.80) - Homemade polenta, sous-vide thick-cut streaky bacon, poached kampung eggs, brown utter hollandaise, french beans sautéed in miso-garlic butter. The polenta loaf is tasty but slightly salty as you continue to eat over time. I think might need another extra eggs to melt on to the salty polenta. Otherwise, it will be a good balance breakfast meal.
On a side note, vegetarian option also made available: mushroom medley (white button mushroom, brown shimeji & osyter mushroom).

Kraftkorn cake (RM 16.00) - Flour, Rye Flour, mixed seeds and mix flour. One word, delicious.

Superfine also has the upper advantage as they have wide selection of beverage ranging from coffee to tea, kombucha to craft beers. Coffee starts from RM 9.00 (espresso shot) up to RM 18.00 (for filter coffee). Premium and classic chinese tea at the price of RM 11.00 per cup. Ale craft beers price starts from RM 20.00 per pint.

Personal Summary: Bright and broad environment, suitable for large group and big family. Superfine serves healthy breakfast and lunch, as well as wide variety of beverages - up to craft beer! Friendly and attentive service crew.

a cafe for the enthusiasts
There are certain areas in Selangor state isn't completely bloom with third wave coffee as most of the majority probably still have doubts on it. However, STAGE Cafe Malaysia is one of it that stood out as a third wave coffee stand, in a faraway precinct where third wave coffee can be classified as a rare gem to the community.
The owner of STAGE Cafe Malaysia wanted to take this opportunity to expand the world of third wave coffee around the area so that the community would know what third wave coffee would be like. So... it turns out pretty good in their favor :D

The moment you set foot in, your experience in STAGE Cafe Malaysia ultimately becomes more warmth and welcoming when the staff in the cafe greet you with a smile and would usher to your desired seats. To add to advantage, the cafe's interior beamed a homely sensation with its modernize design furnitures, patterned tiles and numbered of minimalist interior props at the side of the walls.
Then, there is a upper deck that supports the stage whereby barista able to extract their perfect shot of espresso in front of the 'audience' (customers).
"one day, i will stand on that stage"

STAGE Cafe Malaysia offered a few number of sweet treats that goes well with my coffee. Moreover, they are aesthetically pleasing to my appetite. Don't believe me? Scroll below.

Friendship
It doesn't seems right on this chiffon cake when the creator named it Friendship, however, the taste of this chiffon will blow your mind with its jasmine green tea essence serving along side with a mini bowl of coffee caramel syrup.

Blueberry Cheese Tart
Tarts of any kind are my all time favorite! Here in STAGE, they are serving it with fresh of blueberries on top of the cheese tart so that you can pick it up one by one while waiting for your friend to come! The filling is great, the berries are fresh, the crust is perfectly firm!

Cappuccino
To compliment with the pastries above, a cup of cappuccino with biscottis at the side, makes my day even more energize, adore and calm. This coffee falls in between light to medium bodied with hint of citrus and tea-like finishing.

Hand Brew Coffee - Aeropress
Also, give it a try on their hand brew coffee as they are using specialty graded coffee beans. The beans in-use are to decide by the baristas. So if you have any personal preference, I would advice you to talk to the barista beforehand, to avoid any disappointment later on.
Here, I got a glimpse of this splendid Ethiopia Yirgacheffe, Gelana Abaya that is naturally processed. Despite its processing method, you could feel variety of fruits lay on your taste buds, leaving a rich bodied and ripe grape acidity within your mouth upon consume. For those who enjoy acidity, the acidity intensify when the temperature drops. Try it!

"STAGE, a platform that transforms passion into reality " - STAGE Cafe Malaysia
All in all, if you are looking for a cafe that serves good specialty coffee, pastries and brunch, this must be the one that you are looking for. Furthermore, their customer service is exceptional whereby you literally feel like home.

Typical day out on Independence Day, so I had decided to visit Bean Reserve located in the house of The Co. Bangsar. Bean Reserve founded by the Team who managed Brewmen at Solaris KL.
This cafe is just few metres away from Dr.Inc, so if Dr.Inc isn't your choice, maybe Bean Reserve is!

Well, Bean Reserve recently just started their business, so not many aware the presence of this place unless rumors are spread rapidly via medias or worth-of-mouth.
To find for the place is a little bit difficult if there's vehicle park in front of their signboard, which might obstruct your sight.
Somehow, you have to look for the identical buildings or whatever tips you can find and remember from my pictures.
This must be the place, The Co. , 8

Gentle Reminder...
It will be difficult for those who are driving as they need to find a good spot to park their vehicle, because, its a street parking :) Times are even harder if there are crowd that decided to visit Bean Reserve at the same time as yours.

Bello, at the entrance. The wall with cement finishing without any paint, makes everything goes natural and raw with the floor bricks.

They serve mainly coffee, tea, softsrve, freshly baked pastries and some light-duty food such as sandwiches.

And, I ordered:

Nitrogen Tea
Nitrogen Tea (RM13). First impression at first sip seriously ain't pleasant to my taste bud, I barely taste the tea flavor as it was overwhelmed by the other component such as: tonic water-like. As sipping continues, started to adapt to it.
Overall, I will not get this again on my next visit. Same goes to nitrogen coffee. My personal preference: Cold brewed or cold pressed taste better and pleasant compared to the nitrogen-infusion.
Extraction of Nitrogen Tea/Coffee.

 Softserve-Cereal-
Softserve with Cereal on top (RM8) Craving for ice cream, that's it.
Review here.

 Affagato with Softserve.
Affagato with softserve icecream! (RM15) . Serve along side with the mini jug of espresso!
Bam! There goes the espresso single-shot that poured into the best softsrve in town. One thing that I have noticed is that, the taste of the espresso-shot will be slightly out if the temperature goes to low. Giving high in acidity, even the ice cream barely help to neutralize em'. Those of you  who does not care about the acidity, take your own sweet time then.

The size of Bean Reserve, for now, is just nice as not many know about this place yet. Probably in the future, there might be a big crowd in the cafe.
I love the raw finishing at the wall of every part, reminded me of Caffeinated Cabin , seclude yourself in raw and small cabin while enjoying what you need to enjoy. Plenty of natural lighting to assist in everybody's photography. What more can you ask for?

Enthusiastic flock of sheep, working together as one, to deliver the best pastries as well as coffee & tea in town! Knowing that they had announced on their soft launch , I've decided to grab this opportunity to try them out :)

Wild Sheep Chase mainly serves freshly baked pastries, brunch and sandwiches, freshly brew coffee and tea.

To find for Wild Sheep Chase, suggest you turn on Waze navigation to lead you to this area. Wild Sheep Chase is located at the corner of first floor, without any signboard.

You will need to find this company logo at the ground floor entrance, definitely-this must be the place.
As you walk up the stairs, the entrance to the SHEEP will be on your left.
The courtesy of informing to the customers that the shop currently under beta phrase or soft launch by using chalks :)

Here are their workstation, where the passionate barista will brew the coffee and tea, at the back of it, would be the Team Sheep doing their pastries.
Their workstation reminds me of 46 by Project Gibraltar , which has the most white-color interior design all over it.

The space for the customers is pretty spacious, neat and clean with their modern furnished wooden chairs and tables that goes well with the white paint all over their walls.

Moreover, this cafe practices "green building" by erected large windows at the edge of their shop for natural lighting!
With the natural light penetrate into the building via windows, it hits the white paint walls and then the wall will reflects the light to give a brighter environment within the area.

One of my favorite spot in this cafe.

Black Coffee
Meet my black coffee price at RM 7. I have to say its quite heavy to my preference - dark and earthy.

Souffle (Notice: Please wait at least 20 minutes - 30 minutes)
Souffle priced at RM 15. This is the vanilla souffle that comes with grapefruit sorbet and a mini jug of maple syrup. Love the overall outcome of this product especially the souffle! At the top was crisp hard and it was soft custard in the bottom. It pairs well with their maple syrup as well as their grapefruit sorbet!
Look at the texture of this vanilla souffle! I'm mixing it with their maple syrup!

Looking forward for more pastries from the Wild Sheep Chase.
Love the simple minimalist interior design of the shop. The customer service is excellent. Despite the seats are full, they try their best to accommodate you. Price is surprisingly affordable because there's no GST, service charge and government tax !
