The Farm Foodcraft nestled inside The Sphere Bangsar South, serving their very own grown and fresh harvest greens with desire to change one's lives to a healthier lifestyle. Yes, they do have their own eco-farm lab inside the restaurant to produce their own resources, hence it is pretty amazing to look at.
As you walk in, you can see greens inside out of the premise - every corners are well decorated with different types of greens and flowers. Dining area quite spacious, good for groups - noise from the crowd won't overlap and clash.

Started my breakfast with the Truffle & Portobello Soup (RM 25.00), a bowl of creamy Portobello and mixed mushroom soup infused with Italian truffle mushroom paste, served in char-grilled country bread. Taste wise was fine but couldn't feel much from the truffle, was guessing mushroom soup was too creamy and thick that it masked the truffle. Char-grilled country bread was okay. Portion was big, can share up to 4 eater surprisingly.

On the healthier approached, you can have this Farmer's Portobello & Avocado (RM 36.00). A big wooden pan that consists of char-grilled King Portobello Mushrooms drizzled with Summer Truffle Oil, served with half avocado grilled, Pomegranate Mesclun mixed salad and 100% pure sweet potato puree. Definitely very green and healthy. Delicious? I can say very subjective to individual palate but vegetarians will love it.

Crab Risotto (RM 42.00) - Creamy risotto sautéed with mushrooms and diced capsicum, crowned with deep-fried soft shell crab topped with homemade fresh cream and shrimp paste at the side. Quite filling but nothing special to shout about.

Salmon Gravlax Benedict (RM 36.00) - Oven cured Salmon Gravlax served with classic Egg Benedict, sautéed baby spinach and crispy fried french bean served with Hollandaise sauce. All well compliment together.

Personal Summary: Environment great to dine with with lots of greens at your very eyes. Price and portion of the food are relatively proportionate. To me, taste wise was "okay" hence nothing special to shout, however the plating and the portion did shocked me positively. Service was a little slow due to the capacity, so chill out with your phone while waiting.

When almond milk was first released commercialize, most of the almond milk out there taste mediocre yet unauthentic and secretly sweet for nothing - which doesn't appeared healthy to the consumers. As importance of health still remains priority to some entrepreneurs  out there, there were many homemade almond milk today.

Nut Milk Factory is one of the independent brand that stood out among the rest - A self-declared entrepreneur by day, bodybuilder by night. Realizing that almond nut could deliver positive benefits to body health, the founder then decided to make a healthy and delectable almond milk for the community.
Nut Milk Factory's Almond Milk serving in a glass bottle at 300ml
The almond milk produced by Nut Milk Factory definitely packed with abundant nutrition as the nuts are cold-pressed alongside with fresh coconut water. Probably there are some of you might thought that the secondary component in-used would be milk or water... But you heard me right, fresh coconut water are used in creating this product as it provides good source of fiber and minerals. Confidently with the appropriate ingredients used, this almond milk was also created with concerned, for individuals who suffer from lactose intolerant.

On the other hand, no additives are added inside. Thus, best keep chilled and consume within 3 days while the freshness still at its prime. Besides, having any sort of additives will defeat Nut Milk Factory's purpose of selling healthy products to the community.
After all, health is important right?

Taste notes wise would be coconut water, light creamy almond juice and noticeable aroma of fresh almond nuts.

"A bottle of almond milk, sufficient enough to keep me on-the-go"

NMF's almond milk is prepared and sold in a glass bottle at 300 ml per serving at the price of RM 14.00 (no GST), which I personally think its reasonable and affordable as the ingredient(almond) used in the product is not cheap. Some stores might sell at a higher price, which is unforeseeable.

Definitely not Monday blue, so I've decided to take a stroll at the nearest lakeside nearby my house.
Enjoy (:

Sunny!

Since its school holiday right now, people are enjoying themselves.

Picnic by the lakeside.

Jogging is good for health.

The lake fountain is not as high as last seen (few years back) ...

Let's play around!

When the sun goes down and the Pigs go home, the BIG BAD WOLF comes out to play...
That night was interesting, so I'v decided to visit the wolf and hear what it has to say about the pigs.

Three Little Pigs & THE BIG BAD WOLF is located in the Bangsar Village 1 mall,
it can be access by two doorways:
a) Via Bangsar Village 1 grocery mart. (Nearby the poultry section)
b) Via Bangsar Village 1 's parking lot. (Outdoor)

Inside the grocery mart.

Inside the grocery mart, it looks like this.

Otherwise, from the outdoor which is...
Front view via Outdoor Parking of the BV1.

Did not expect that many willing to hear what the wolf has to say about the pigs.
Waiting and waiting and waiting.

The restaurant provides a small space for the guests to settle down temporary while waiting to be seated by the restaurant manager.
Loving the interior, decorated with wallpapers and some props to keep us cool down.

Waiting area of the restaurant.

Right beside the waiting area, is the wine chamber. Wide range of wines available for sale.
Not to mention that, they promote their wine at a attractive rate everyday to attract the consumers.
*Rates are set according to the wine variety.

Wine Chamber.

Desserts!

The restaurant's bar!

The restaurant's menu.
 That night, I ordered:
-1 salad = ( Tonkatsu Salad)
-2 pasta(s)  = ( Alien Invasion) (Crispy Soft Shell Crab)
-1 burger[Main] = (Piggy Mighty Burger)
-1 rice[Asian] = (Pig Rolling In The Mud)
-1 dessert = (Divine Chocolate Sundae)

Alien Invasion (Creamy sauce floods around the spaghetti along with the slices of pork sausages and mushroom)

Piggy Mighty Burger ( Burger itself consists of sunny side up, pork patty, lettuce, cheese, mayo. Serve along side with fries and marinated salad)

Pig Rolling In The Mud ( Rice which served with pork slices and vege(s) - cover up with Japanese Curry)

Crispy Soft Shell Crab ( Similar to Creamy Carbonara, but this one is special with the crispy soft shell crab)

Tonkatsu Salad (Lettuce, Corns, Pork Slice, Cherry Tomatoes, Onions - dressed up with Teriyaki sauce + sesame oil )

Divine Chocolate Sundae (Vanilla ice cream glazed with chocolate and caramel syrup and topped with chopped peanuts)
I'm amazed that the restaurant was able to deliver food on my table way below than the expected waiting time despite the high turnover during peak hours.

The food in the restaurant are delicious, enjoyable and comes in great portion which satisfy the stomach capacity.
However, I personally think that the Divine Chocolate Sundae is a shame.
Wish that the restaurant can replace this menu item with Chocolate Molten Cake - that can be purchase in Chilli's restaurant - having Divine Chocolate Sundae in the restaurant might have the tendency of getting no sales at all in the dessert point of view, unless they increase the portion of it.

Moreover, if you want to have a drink session with friends or family, the restaurant also provides outdoor space for you to enjoy.

Another matters that hits silently was this awesome reserved seats for special guests.
Private space dining, zoning you out from others.

The price to dine here is reasonable and worth every penny you spend on it.
