Hey, here's a quick post on my recent visit to 46. 46 by Project Gibraltar is just only 3 weeks old from now, however they know what it takes to join the ranks in the coffee industry!
A 'speakeasy' concept that the owner, Kevin, would like the business to be. Something that Kevin wants his cafe to be different from the mainstream.

Minimalist design is what best suits the Cafe concept. Formidable white which creates a stunning 'field of feels'.

Cakes on sale. There will be rotation every week, so customers get to try something different when they visit the cafe at different week!

As, Kevin was very kind enough to invite me to his workstation, to witness how a coffee are meant to be done with passion as well as skills and experienced are required upon preparing a cup of superior coffee.
Featuring his "white beast", Synesso along side with his current beans in-use : Tie Fighter (which can be seen below), roasted locally by using beans from India.

A) Espresso
As I'm really curious towards Tie Fighter's bean profile so I ordered a shot of Espresso for myself to find out about it. The shot proudly expressed its bright, acidic and hint of fruity aromas as i slurped the shot through my buds.
The clear shot glass is filled with sparkling water to cleanse your taste bud after consuming heavy taste substance such as espresso shot and any related item so that it can get rid of the heavy palate that remains in your mouth.

B) Cappuccino and Bailey's Chocolate
Then, I ordered myself a cup of cappuccino and a slice of Bailey's Chocolate cake.
Now, the coffee characteristic changed - in terms of sweetness because of the presence of milk exists in a cup of cappuccino. Brightness and acidity of the coffee still remains.
Top right is the Bailey's Chocolate! Hint of baileys, topped with candies and chocolate cream. Moist and pleasant to feast on!

C) Salted Caramel
If you are not fussy about specialty coffee... you might as well opt for their special drink! Their special drink, still, is a coffee based, however mixed with other ingredients such as ice cream, syrups and many more. Here, I ordered a glass of Salted Caramel for myself as I was attracted by their name of its menu item and its review by other guests.
It generally contains milkshake-coffee topped with whipped cream, splash of salted caramel syrup and popcorn!
